Please note that because of the nature of digital downloads no refund will offered. If a file is faulty I will resend it to you. Likewise with the printed sheets, I will send a replacement in the unlikely event of faulty prints as all are carefully checked before posting, however refunds will not be issued.
All my design sheets whether printed copy or downloads can be used to make cards for your personal use and to sell for profit and charities.
You may NOT sell the sheets themselves, neither can you resell or share the downloads nor include them on compilation CDs.
If you use the design sheets to make toppers, you may sell them, HOWEVER, you must make clear that they are for PERSONAL USE only. Your customers may not sell cards they make using your toppers as that would add an extra tier of commercial use which is not allowed under the TOU of the licences I hold. Unfortunately this is a restriction over which I have no control.
The reason you may not sell the sheets is that it would breach the terms of use of the graphics and licences which I purchased to create my designs.

TERMS OF USE FOR DESIGNER RESOURCES
Please read this carefully.
You can use this image to create a new design* which you may then sell for profit either from your own website or from a 3rd party vendor site such as eBay, Etsy, Craftsuprint, Cardmaking Downloads, etc.
You may sell your designs as printed hard copy or as digital downloads.
The person who purchases your design may also sell items they make with it, i.e. a cardmaker may sell their cards for charity or for profit but they may NOT sell the design. However no mass production is permitted.
Credit must be given at all times on any item you design AND in the written description of the items as follows:

You may not use the image ‘as is’, you must create something new.
You may not claim this image as your own.
You may not share this image with anyone, that is stealing.
*By new design I mean that you must create something as a derivative of the image, you may not sell it ‘as is’ as a topper or card front and just putting a frame around the image does not count as derivative.
However I will allow the use in creating decoupage, pyramage, invertage, stacker & tunnel sheets.
